About Us

This superb Resort was built by an Irish Developement Company - Clairehouse Investment S.L. who have built developments in Spain, France, UK, and Ireland – a long history of quality developments. La Vizcaronda was Project Managed “in house” to ensure Irish / UK building standards were achieved. Properties have ALL Licences in place.

La Vizcaronda is now fully completed with all infrastructure, roads, services and common areas finished. The Resort is a secure gated Development with 5 * gardens and pools.

Development Director - Frank O’Hara worked on site throughout the entire construction phase, and continues to work closely with the Management Company to ensure all standards achieved are maintained.

Other Projects

Developers – Clairehouse Investments S.L. in conjuction with Diamond Construction Spain S.L.  continue to develop in this area, they have current projects under construction in Estepona & Sotogrand, La Paloma and Monte Mayor – building ‘High End’ individual Villas. 

Developers currently operate the French Golf & Hotel Resort - Golf de Fontenailles, outside Paris.  It is a 27 hole golf course with 400 year old Chathue, home of PGA of France.
