Reinforced concrete raft forming garage-parking area. Reinforced concrete frame. External walling in cavity brick with application of polyurethane foam. Internal walls dividing dwellings made of brick insulation. All other walls and dividing walls in brick, single leaf.

Arabic style tiles laid on impermeable roofs.

Exterior façade with cement. Internal walls plastered. Plasterboard in kitchen and bathroom ceilings. Ceilings cornice in lounge, dining and master bedrooms.
